Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after purchase. Please note that dispatch times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.
Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and carrier, but generally range from 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- EU domestic orders are shipped via DPD
- USA orders are shipped via UPS
- All other international orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx
Customs & Duties
Customs duties, taxes or VAT may apply depending on your country’s import regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
Please do not refuse or reject delivery due to customs fees. If a shipment is refused or returned for this reason, return shipping fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.
